the product/size I am looking for is out of stock. what can I do?
If an item or size you want to order is no longer in stock, you can leave your email address on the page of the relevant item by clicking on the size. You will then be emailed immediately as soon as the item is back in stock.
How do I know if a store still has a specific item in stock?
if you want to know whether there is a store that has purchased a certain item, it is best to contact our customer service by mail at firstname.lastname@example.org.
I am looking for an article that is no longer on the webshop?
in the morning the stock of all items is updated. If the item you are looking for or a certain size is no longer in the webshop, it is unfortunately sold out. if the item is on the webshop with a coming soon label, the item will arrive shortly and you can leave your email address by clicking on the size. you will receive an email as soon as the item is on back in stock on the webshop. if you would like to know if there is a store that has purchased the item. please contact customer service.
where can I find more product information?
you will find more information about a specific item on the product page at the bottom right. here you can find information such as fabric description, styling and advice, item details and washing instructions. You can also find more information on our clothing care instruction page.
do I need an account to place an order?
to place an order you don't need to create an account. You can enter your details during the checkout process and the order will be sent to you. However, there are advantages to creating an account. your address details are saved, so that you can get started faster with your next order. you also have more insight into your previous orders.
how can I change the number of items in my shopping cart?
you can remove items or adjust the number of products in the shopping bag page by clicking on the icon (shopping cart) at the top right of the website. you can also make any changes during the order in the check out page.
how can I change the address during checkout?
you can change the delivery address during checkout before placing the order.
can I add an item to my order or change my order once it has already been completed?
once an order has been completed, it is no longer possible to add an extra item, change a size or make another change. in this case a new order will have to be placed.
can I still cancel my order after it has been placed?
After you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation e-mail with the details of your order. we remind you that it is not possible to cancel or change your order after it has already been processed.
which payment methods can I use?
you can pay with ideal, credit card (master card & visa), bank contact/mister cash, sofort banking, gift card.
where can I enter a discount code?
the discount code must be entered under the heading “gift card or discount code”, only in this box the discount code works. In addition, pay close attention to the conditions that apply to the discount code. If it still does not work with adding the discount code, please contact our customer service.
where can I redeem my giftcard?
the code of the giftcard must be entered under the heading “gift card or discount code”. In addition, it is important that you copy the code from the email, because a 'zero' can be seen as the letter o and the letter 'i' can be seen as an 'l'. make sure that there is no space before or after the code. if it still does not work with adding the code, please contact our customer service or look at the giftcard page.
can I also pay afterwards?
unfortunately it is not possible to pay afterwards.
can I still change the delivery address after my order has been placed?
no unfortunately this is not possible. In order to deliver your order as quickly as possible, we will immediately get to work. unfortunately we can no longer make changes.
I am not at home when the package will be delivered. what can I do?
it is no problem if you are not at home when we deliver your package. the postman will offer the package to you again the next working day. if you are absent again, the package will be taken to the nearest post office. the package then held here for 7 days. The address of this post office can be found on the postnl note that is left in your mailbox.
can I track my order after it has been shipped?
You will receive an order confirmation from us immediately after placing your order. When the package has been collected by Postnl, you will receive an email from Postnl containing a track & trace code. with this code you can track the status of your package and see what time it will be delivered to you.
what is the delivery time of my order?
Packages are collected every working day and will be delivered as soon as possible. During busy periods it may take a little longer, we ask for your understanding.
can I also have my package delivered in the evening?
for now that is unfortanely not possible.
what do I do if I have received an item that is damaged?
Extreme care is taken in the development, quality and implementation of the by-bar products and services. Unfortunately, it can always happen that something has gone wrong, resulting in an item being delivered damaged or incomplete. if this is the case, you can contact customer service.
how can I return an item that I have purchased?
we want you to be happy with your by-bar purchases. If that is unfortunately not the case, the item can be returned within 14 days of receipt of the product. the product must be unworn and undamaged and (as far as possible) packed in the original and undamaged packaging. Your order always comes with a return form. if you return an item, we ask you to send the fully completed return form with the item.
We offer a low-cost pick-up or drop-off service via returnista. you can also choose to send the package by post or deliver it directly to our head office in Breda.
I want to return something, can I also drop it off at the head office in Breda?
You can send your return to the Van Schootenstraat 19 in Breda or drop it off at our head office (same address) on working days between 09:00 and 17:00.
can I return an item in one of your brand stores?
unfortunately you cannot return a webshop order in one of our brand stores. You can, however, drop off your return at our head office at 19 Van Schootenstraat in Breda.
can I return two different orders in one box?
it is no problem to return multiple orders in one box, provided the relevant return forms for the different orders are included. this makes it possible for us to process your return quickly and correctly.
do I have to pay shipping costs if I return something?
let's be aware of the impact the fashion world has on our environment. together we can make a difference. make more conscious choices, shop smarter and return less. for this reason you cannot return for free at by-bar and you are responsible for the return costs of your package. the costs depend on the shipping method you choose.
can I exchange an item of my order?
would you like to order another size? return the item in question and then place a new order for the correct size. the purchase amount of your return will be refunded within 3 - 5 working days to the account number with which your order was paid.
how long does it take to process my return?
As soon as we have received your return, we will immediately start working on it. After receiving your return, it takes about 5 working days to be processed. during busy sales or holiday periods, the processing of returns may take a little longer. we ask for your understanding.
how and when will the purchase amount of my return be refunded?
As soon as we have received and processed your return, you will receive an email from us. the purchase amount will be refunded within 3 to 5 working days. the purchase amount of your return will be refunded in the same way you paid for the order.
how can I sign up for the newsletter?
you can sign up for our newsletter at the bottom left of our website. by signing up for our newsletter you will receive the latest news about styling, new collections, exclusive promotions and much more.
how can I unsubscribe from the newsletter?
If you no longer wish to receive our newsletter, you can unsubscribe via the link at the bottom of the newsletter. if you click on unsubscribe newsletter you will be redirected to a page and we ask for the reason for unsubscribing. from that moment on you will no longer receive newsletters from us. if you change your mind afterwards, you can always register again via the webshop.
